Everything was great! Cannot fault it, me and my partner had the best time in Rome. Mainly due to the great location of this hotel. Arenula is around 10 minutes from the Pantheon and Trastevere, therefore great to get around. The property is so clean and tidy, plenty of amenities, staff were so helpful in person and via WhatsApp. I would recommend to anybody and if we were to come to Rome again I would stay here.

Very clean room, recently renovated within an older building. The entire premises, located within a vibrant residential and market area had character and charm. Staff were friendly, professional and responsive to any questions.

Apartments were in a beautiful old apartment building full of character with a fountain in the lobby. Bed was very comfortable after a long day walking around the sites. It was very well located for the main tourist attractions and Trestevere.

We loved this place because it wasn't the typical hotel. The building had a lot of charm and history. The location was perfect for where we wanted to be. Will choose to stay there again on our next trip to Rome!!!

The property is perfectly located. The building is incredible with a stunning indoor quiet, idyllic courtyard. The old lifts were very cool. Our room was spacious enough for us. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and nice.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Spacious and modern. A lot of details for welcoming, even a bottle of wine and two wineglasses. Very nice and clean bathroom. Excellent location. Nice and very attentive staff.

The location is great, close to bus routes, right across the river from Trastevere, and within 25min walk of almost all major city attractions! Very clean, updated and comfortable bed. We stayed for 4 nights and had zero issues the whole time even though reception is only open for limited hours. I would definitely stay here again while in Rome! Great value for the location and space! Also have to note they offer a nice powerful blow dryer to use not those dinky wall dryers in most European hotels.

Brand new bathrooms, comfy beds, quiet rooms, super safe behind 2 other digitally coded doors. The staff were fantastic and rooms were sparkling. We were very impressed and loved our stay. We were able to leave our bags for an extended period after checkout, and were given an accessible locked room to put them in for when the reception wasnt manned.

Great location in the Jewish Ghetto but also very near to Trastevere and other major attractions. The courtyard of the property was beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful.

Location was great we were able to walk to everything. Nice private and comfortable room nicely decorated. Reception staff not 24 hours which was okay but not great. Breakfast was in a cafe just outside the door of the suites and was okay a small selection to choose from.
